The organisational position “Coordination of laboratory analysis” was established by Decree of the General Director n. 297 of 23.04.2019, within the Directorate General, and coordinates following activities:
- Management and control of the laboratory samples, by means of standard processes, from samples submission to issue trial reports;
- Supervision of the laboratory coordination of its cross-sectional activities with other several sectors, including those for the warehouse ongoing operating;
- Organisation and check of the processes of the software used by the laboratory to evaluate its needs and updating;
- Arrangement for the laboratory documents, to maintain the accreditation according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17025 “General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories”;
- Approval of the Education and Training Programme, the Qualification Programme as well as of the Matrix Table.
