The organizational position “Human resources management”, coordinates following activities:
- Drawing up the three-year staff demand plan and relating acts;
- Discharging tasks concerning open competitive exams and selections (open competitions, staff stabilizations, fixed-term contracts, trainings, regional employees’ assignments, assignment of organisational positions, etc.);
- Seasonal workmen management;
- Disabled employees hiring according to the Italian Law 68/99;
- Drawing up of employment contracts (recruitment or switch between full- to part time contracts , etc.), and relating mandatory communications;
- Collaboration in editing Decentralised Integrative Collective Agreements. Support to the General Director in the relationships with Unions;
- Assistance to the Directorate General in developing employee reward systems, such as annual employee performance appraisal for the productivity bonus allocation, or procedures regarding the economic position advancement;
- Annual budget management;
- Presence / Absence management;
- Relationships with INPS (the national social welfare institution), INAIL (National institute for insurance against industrial injuries), etc. as far as of competence;
- Drawing up internal regulations, together with the General Director, as far as of competence;
- Legal and normative research and in-depth studies on the matters of competence;
- Supervision of the register office by means of the PALEO operating system and co-work in decrees operating system OpenAct;
- Collaboration in data processing and transfer to comply with the transparency and anti-corruption legislation in force, as far as of competence.
