The Autority for Control and Traciability (Italian acronym: APC) provides services relating to the Quality and Traceability of agro food products. The APC certifies those products characterized by regulated and optional quality labels.
The certification reliably attests the product’s compliance with a technical reference document, meaning that some product’s specific characteristics distinguish it from other similar products, thus assuring both consumers and producers.
The APC meets the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17065SO/IEC 17065:2012 requirements to guarantee the detection and implementation of the Certification Scheme in a competent, consistent and impartial way.
