Paysandisia archon
Paysandisia archon is a big moth (9-11 cm wingspread).
The fore wings are olive brown with a darker longitudinal nuance.
It is a lepidoptera of the Castanidi family from Central America living on spontaneous palms, mainly of the Trithrinax genus without any economic damage.
In 2001 it firstly appeared within the germinal cell of such plants.
