Galerucella luteola is a leaf beetle widespread in the Marche Region. In the middle growing season the siberian elm (Ulmus pumila) and the field elm (Ulmus minor) are particularly attacked so to turn into a typical autumn look, with browned or fast completely defoliated crows.
Due to the phytophagous’ spread in all regional provinces, the Marche Region Plant Protecion Service (Marche RPPS) has issued an information sheet on it.
