Bacterial canker of kiwi fruit (PSA)
Having regard to Commission Implementing Decision 2012/756/UE, of 5th December 2000 on emergency measures to prevent the introduction into and spread within the European Union of Pseudomonas syringae pv. actinidiae (PSA), live pollen and plants intended for planting, other than seeds, of Actinidia spp, may only be moved within the Union accompanied by a plant passport compliant with Commission Directive 92/105/EEC.
The production and marketing of live pollen and plants intended for planting, other than seeds, of Actinidia spp within the Marche Region have to be authorized by the plant passport issued by the Assam Region Plant Protecion Service (Marche RPPS).
Issued plant passports concern the pest free places and production sites according to the above mentioned community decision on PSA free areas as well as to the D.M. (Ministerial Decree) 20/12/2013.
